Anxiety can keep you from focusing on your goals at a certain period of time. For example, when one is looking forward to an interview for a certain position in a new organization, being composed is always the aim of many people. But anxiety comes in when you are uncertain of the outcome. If that is the case, you may even accelerate the uncertainty and may end up even failing to secure the job. Dealing with it therefore is what everyone must be interested in.

You may have heard that there are some drugs that can be used to calm the body and to make it respond fairly to a potentially uncertain situation. That is true. But you need to understand every drug has a side effect. The side effects may be even worse is you are going to depend on them for a long time.
